| Objective:The main purpose of this study is to observe the improvement of clinical symptoms on endometriosis patient and the effect on level of CA125, Interleukin-6(IL-6), soluble intercellular adhesion molecular-1 (sICAM-1), matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) after the treatment with ELeng Capsule, compared with the changes of above indexes pre and post operation treatment. And to explain the therapeutic effects of ELeng Capsule. And from the immunology angle, as well as "3A" the pathology mechanism , to discusse its possible action mechanism, so as to provide certain theory basis for the clinical practice of ELeng Capsule.Methods:Cases of EM were collected from April, 2007 to February, 2008 in the Guangdong Province Chinese medicine hospital gynecology department outpatient service and the hospital ward., with a total of 55 cases, of which 30 cases of Chinese medicine group , 25 cases of the surgery control group. Taking the observation of Chinese medicine before and after treatment, patients with major clinical manifestations, such as dysmenorrhea and pelvic mass size, Irregular Menstruation. The capsule can reduce patient laboratory immunity target levels , such as serum CA125, IL-6, sICAM-1, MMP-9 level indicators.
