The Clinical Study Of Qingzhi Gufa Decoction Combined With Gufa Lotion In Treating Seborrheic Alopecia Due To Spleen And Stomach Damp-heat Syndrome

Objective:Through clinical study,we compare the efficacy and safety of Qing Zhi Gu FA Tang combined with solid hair lotion in the treatment of seborrheic alopecia of spleen and stomach damp heat syndrome,and provide a simple and inexpensive traditional Chinese medicine method for clinical treatment of seborrheic alopecia.Research methods:94 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into three groups according to the order of treatment.Chinese medicine group31 people,oral Qing Zhi Gu hair soup,32 people in the external use of traditional Chinese medicine,external use of solid shampoo,traditional Chinese medicine and external use of 31 people,oral Qing Zhi Gu hair soup combined with hair lotion,observe 1 months before and after the treatment of the integral,and the first week after the use of greasy and pruritus score,after the treatment of the end of a course of treatment,one after the end of treatment.Monthly follow up results were analyzed by SPSS24.0 software.Results: The total number of patients in this study was 94,and there was no difference in age,sex and course of disease(P value was greater than 0.05).The Chinese medicine internal medicine group + Chinese medicine external use group,the traditional Chinese medicine external use group,can effectively improve the greasy,itching,dandruff,hair loss,and the Chinese medicine group in improving the dandruff.In the greasy nature,the Chinese medicine internal medicine + external use group and the external use group were superior to the traditional Chinese medicine group(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the former two(P > 0.05).In the pruritus,the Chinese medicine internal medicine + external use group was superior to the traditional Chinese medicine group and the external use group(P < 0.05),and the latter two groups had no significant difference(P > 0.05);in the dandruff side.The traditional Chinese medicine and external use group were superior to the traditional Chinese medicine group and the external use group(P < 0.05).In terms of the number of hair loss,the internal medicine plus external use group was superior to the traditional Chinese medicine group and the external use group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The effect of Qing Zhi Gu FA soup combined with solid hair lotion,or single use lotion on seborrheic alopecia of spleen and stomach damp heat syndrome,can effectively improve the greasy,hair loss,itching and dandruff,but the effect of the dandruff is not obvious.
