| Purpose:To observe the effective and safety of "Tonifying after Dredging Stasis" in treatment of retinal vein occlusion(qi stagnation and blood stasis).Method: 44 cases(44 eyes)were randomly divided into channel tonic group and control group.Retinal vein occlusion enlighten tonic group and control group in age,gender composition and distribution on the treatment of visual acuity before there was no significant difference(P>O.05),enlighten tonic group and control group were comparable group(23.Enlighten tonic eyes)according to the "Tonifying after Dredging Stasis Theory" will enlighten and benefit is divided into treatment period,Enlighten be Xuefu Zhuyu Tang oral prescription opened stasis stagnation,and according to the patient's condition for addition and subtraction;tonic period be Buzhongyiqi Decoction Fuzheng Quxie prescription,and modified according to the patient's condition.The control group(21 eyes)treated with Xueshuantong capsule.Enlighten tonic group and control group to visit 1 times a week,after 2 courses of treatment,comparison of enlighten tonic group and control group before and after treatment of retinal hemorrhage,best corrected visual acuity and fundus fluorescein angiography changes.Result:The control group in the treatment of retinal vein occlusion total efficiency was 66.67%,enlighten the tonic group in the treatment of retinal vein occlusion total efficiency was 86.95%,the difference was statistically significant((P < 0.05)and in improving the central visual acuity and promoting subhyaloid hemorrhage absorption and to improve the retinal circulation time,the two groups have curative effect,and effect of enlighten tonic group was significantly better than the control group,the difference has statistical significance((P < 0.05).Conclusion: Based on the "first channel tonic on treatment of retinal vein occlusion(blood stasis syndrome)curative effect,and no obvious side effects. |
