Clinical And Mechanism Study Of Treatment To Advanced Colorectal Cancer Use Prescription Of Strengthen Healthy Qi, Dredging Stagnation, Removing Toxic And Eliminating Stagnation Combined With Chemotherapy

Objective:To chemotherapy-based treatment, "strengthen healthy qi, dredging stagnation, removing toxic and eliminating stagnation " in the main line, observe strengthen healthy qi, dredging stagnation, removing toxic and eliminating stagnation prescription's treatment effects and experimentalize to explore its mechanism.Methods:The diagnostic criteria of Western medicine, Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation standards, clinical efficacy evaluation criteria, with reference to the Medical Secretary, Ministry of Health of People's Republic of China, the relevant standard-setting in standardization of the diagnosis and treatment of common malignant tumors of China and The Guiding Principles of Clinical Study of Chinese Medicine. Choose 40 patients with advanced colorectal cancer, and divide them randomly into treatment group and the control group. Take strengthen healthy qi, dredging stagnation, removing toxic and eliminating stagnation prescription for the treatment group(20 cases), one bag one day, and even served two months, and combined with XELOX chemotherapy; the control group,20 cases, only for XELOX chemotherapy.program 2 cycles after treatment, compared clinical symptom, living condition before and after treatment, tumor symbols in serum and side effect after chemotherapy between 2 groups.Empirical study:Using MTT method to determination of SW480 cell proliferation of influence with Chinese medicine. Immunohistochemical method to determine MMP-2/ TIMP-2.Results:The two groups have no notable difference in objective curative effect. And in reducing the value of serum CEA have no significant difference (P<0.05), compared to the chemotherapy alone group The treatment group has the obvious advantages in improving the clinical symptoms of patients with colorectal cancer, such as abdominal pain constipation,anergy,magersucht,nausea and vomiting. Quality of life score and Karnofsky score have significant difference in the two groups(P<0.05). Especially in reducing and vomiting and diarrhea has obvious advantages,the side effects were no significant difference.Strengthen healthy qi, dredging stagnation, removing toxic and eliminating stagnation can refrain SW480 cell proliferation and adjust equilibrium of MMP-2/TIMP-2 to refrain tumor.Conclusion:The usage of strengthen healthy qi, dredging stagnation, removing toxic and eliminating stagnation in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer can improves patients'clinical symptoms and living conditions, reduces the side effects of chemotherapy. And can refrain SW480 cell proliferation and adjust equilibrium of MMP-2/TIMP-2 to refrain tumor. Strengthen healthy qi, dredging stagnation, removing toxic and eliminating stagnation are one of the effective ways to treat colorectal cancer.
