Objective:Verify Chest (unstable angina) TCM exact efficacy of standardized treatment programs, treatment programs for the further optimization of the basis for the standardization of Chinese medicine treatment of clinical basis.Method:Traditional Chinese medicine in the conventional therapy group for the treatment of standardized treatment to conventional western medicine treatment for the control group,56 patients were observed (TCM group,38 cases in control group,18 cases). Observed before and after treatment for 4 weeks after the ECG, angina symptoms, syndromes quantitative score, lipid 4, Hs-CRP, endothelial function index (NO,ET) outcome measures such as change and security project (blood count,ALT,Cr,BUN,troponin,CK-MB) change.Results:1 clinical observation showed that the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine group in the improvement of ECQ angina symptoms, syndromes, lipid 4 were better than the control group (P <0.01 or P<0.05).2 by observing two groups of patients before and after treatment Chest Hs-CRP levels, the results show that:the two groups before and after treatment for 4 weeks Hs-CRP were not significantly lower (P> 0.05), between the two groups was no significant difference (P> 0.05).3. Chest by observing two groups of patients before and after ET, NO level:treatment group before and after ET, ET/NO levels decreased significantly, NO levels increased significantly, with the group before treatment were significant differences (P<0.05); ET, NO levels after treatment compared with the control group are different, but no significant difference (P> 0.05).Conclusion:1. TCM standardized treatment in Chinese medicine syndromes, improvement of angina symptoms, ECQ blood lipid better than the control group (P<0.05); in both groups before and after treatment C-reactive protein (CRP) had no significant; After treatment, ET, ET/NO levels decreased significantly, NO levels increased significantly, with the group before treatment were significant differences (P<0.05); ET, NO levels in the control group shows a difference, but there was no school differences (P> 0.05).2. In this paper, the pathogenesis of unstable angina and formulas for the treatment of clinical tests, compared with the western medicine group, join the TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment can improve the treatment of patients with unstable angina clinical symptoms, ECG performance, with a certain role in regulating blood lipids. Integrative Medicine showed good prospects and a new standardized treatment of clinical medicine path.3. Medicine is safe and effective treatment, no clinical adverse reactions observed in liver and kidney dysfunction, and other system involvement.
