Clinical Curative Effects Observation Of The Treatment Of Unstable Angina With Acupoints Application Of Chest-Bi-Stick1

Objective:Through observing the clinical curative effects of the treatment of unstable angina with Chest-Bi-Stickl acupoint application,to discuss the mechanism of Chest-Bi-Stickl acupoint application on unstable angina.Methods:60 patients met the inclusion criteria of patients with unstable angina (TCM is Qi deficiency and blood stasis)were randomly divided into control group(WM based treatment group)and the Chest-Bi-Stickltreatment group (WM based therapy and Chest-Bi-Stickl acupoint application),30 patients in each group,before treatment and after treatment two weeks to record respectively of unstable angina pectoris symptoms,TCM syndrome,ECG changes and record nitroglycerin stopped reduction rate,to observe the clinical effect.Results:1.At the aspect of the improvement of angina pectoris for two weeks treatment,Chest-Bi-Stickl treatment group was better than control groups, two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).2.The treatment group and control group in terms of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,were improved compared with before treatment,while treatment group was significantly better than the control group,there was significant difference(P<0.05).3.After two weeks treatment, At the aspect of the total effective rate of ECG,treatment group was 86.67%,compared with the control group73.33%, there was no significant difference(P>0.05).4.After treatment,the nitroglycerin stopped reduction rate of treatment group was 96.67%,compared with the control group73.33%,were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:The method of Chest-Bi-Stickl acupoint application can significantly improve unstable angina pectoris symptoms,TCM syndrome,ECG,and increase the rate of nitroglycerin stopped reduction of unstable angina patients with TCM is Qi deficiency and blood stasis.It is a no poisonous effect,simple and convenient method.
