| Object: Study the effects of Shen Qi Jian Wei Tang in advanced gastric cancer patients by antiangiogenic factors.And the clinical effects and mechanism of Shen Qi Jian Wei Tang in treating advanced advanced gastric cancer. Methods: In clinical 60 patients of advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into 2 groups, therapy group(Chinese herbs combined with chemotherapy) and control group (chemotherapy alone) and the clinical and pathological effects were compared with those of the two groups.Results: The research showed that advanced gastric cancer also has angiogenesis factors expression and the significant difference is compared with the control groups(p<0.05).Shen Qi Jian Wei Tang can notably inhibit the expression and secretion of angiogenesis factors(VEGF),stop or reverse the pathological process of advanced gastric cancer, and considerably increase. In the DATA of clinical research showed that the the therapy group is superior to control group in elinieal syndrome, and lief quality. Conclusion: Shen Qi Jian Wei Tang combined with chemotherapy is an effective method in treating advanced gastric cancer. It can decrease toxicr response, enhance clinical efficacy and improve the quality of life. |
