| Object:Study the effects of Kunshen granule in models of advanced gastric cancer were induced by cancerogenic agent in Wistar rats by antiangiogenic factors. And the clinical effects and mechanism of KS Granule in treating advanced advanced gastric cancer. Methods: 1.In experiments, models of gastric cancer in mice burdening in tmnor-bearing, observe relativity index. And study in hybridizational and immunohistochemical methods were used to monitor angiogenesis factors (VEGF) expression and pathological changes. 2.In clinical 60 patients of advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into 2 groups,ks group(control group),shenlian group(treated group) and the clinical and pathological effects were compared with those of the two groups. Results: Animal experimental research showed that advanced gastric cancer also has angiogenesis factors expression and the significant difference is compared with the control groups(p<0.05). KS Granule can notably inhibit the expression and secretion of angiogenesis factors (VEGF),stop or reverse the pathological process of advanced gastric cancer, and considerably increase. The tumor inhibited rate. In the DATA of clinical research showed that the effective rate of KS being significantly higher than the other drugs. Conclusions:The excellent clinical effect of KS together with the data from experimental research reveal its mechanism at the systemic, cellular and molecular levels in treating advanced gastric cancer. The KS prescription acts on many chains and targets of the disease to produce a comprehensive therapeutic effect, the therapeutic mechanism may have much to do with effect lipid peroxidation,antioxidation, regulation of immunity, also increase the life prolonged rate. Of all the effects,the inhibition of the expression of the angiogenisis factors may offer new insight into the treatment of this disease, and thus the study enriches the knowledge of pathology and manage of the carcinoma.
