Clinical Study On The Stage Of Hormone Withdrawal In Patients With Primary Nephrotic Syndrome By Wen Shen Jian Pi Tang

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of hormone withdrawal stage in the treatment of patients with primary nephrotic syndrome by Wen Shen Jian Pi Tang on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,and to explore the advantages and safety of Wen Shen Jian Pi Tang in the treatment of this disease.Methods: Patients would meet the inclusion criteria of 66 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups,33 cases in the control group and 33 cases in the experimental group.Patients in the control group were given conventional western medicine treatments,on the basis,patients in the experimental group were added with Wen Shen Jian Pi Tang.The two groups were observed before and after treatment in patients with clinical signs and symptoms,plasma albumin,glycerin three fat,total cholesterol,serum immunoglobulin G,serum calcium,adrenal cortical hormone,plasma cortisol,24 h urine protein quantitative and other laboratory indicators.Clinical observation for 12 weeks.Results: After the termination of the trial,a total of 63 patients completed clinical observation,the experimental group of 32 cases and the control group of 31 cases.Comparison of two groups of patients after treatment,plasma albumin,glycerin three fat,total cholesterol,serum immunoglobulin G,serum calcium,adrenal cortical hormone,plasma cortisol,24 h urine protein quantitative and other laboratory indicators in the experimental group improved better than the control group(P<0.05).Comparison of two groups ofpatients after treatment,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in reducing the TCM syndrome scores and improving the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese Medicine(P<0.05).Conclusion: On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment with Wen Shen Jian Pi Tang can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms and signs,and reduce the TCM syndrome scores of stage of hormone withdrawal in patients with primary nephrotic syndrome.At the same time,it can significantly improve the patients' plasma albumin,glycerin three fat,total cholesterol,serum immunoglobulin G,serum calcium,adrenal cortical hormone,plasma cortisol,24 h urine protein quantitative and other laboratory indicators,so as to have a positive effect on the prognosis of patients with nephrotic syndrome.
