Objective:To observe the effect of Qiongyugao on the anti-oxidation capability of subacute aging rats induced by D-Galactose, and study the structure changes of cutaneous tissue. To evaluate Qiongyugao of rat skin aging caused by D-Galactose whether have antagonism effect, And to explore its possible mechanism, To fill the Qiongyugao on the skin hairdressing action research blank。For better development of Qiongyugao to provide more theoretical basis and experimental basis.Methods:56(half male and half female) SD rats of aged2-3months are randomly classified into4groups (Control Group, Aging Model Group, Qiongyugao Group, VitE Group). Each group has14rats. Rats of all groups except Control Group are emptied stomach and injected with D-half lactose (2.5ml/kg) producing sub-acute aging rat model. Control Group injected amount of saline. At the same time, every day gave the Qiongyugao to Qiongyugao Group by intragastric administration (10ml/kg), gave the VitE to VitE Group(2ml/kg),gave the distilled water to Control Group and Aging Model Group. After8weeks, all the rats were be killed to detect the changes of activity of SOD and the content of HYP, MDA in the skin.Make skin tissue slice for HE staining. The experimental data with mean&standard deviation.Results:1. Compared with Aging Model Group, the water content in the skin of Control Group, Qiongyugao Group and VitE Group has increased (P<0.05)2. Compared with Aging Model Group, the activity of SOD in the skin of Control Group, Qiongyugao Group and VitE Group has improvede (P<0.05)3. Compared with Aging Model Group, the MDA content in the skin of Control Group,Qiongyugao Group and VitE Group has reduced (P<0.05)4. Compared with Aging Model Group, the HYP content in the skin of Control Group, Qiongyugao Group and VitE Group has increase (P<0.05)Conclusion:It is concluded that Qiongyugao can improve the SOD activeness of skin in way of reduce the damage to the skin caused by the MDA.
