| Obective:Chinese medicine holds that wheezing illness is phlegmy in lung, fell by inducing the attacks.Therefore, in the treatment of chronic bronchial asthma patients during the duration should focus on Ditan than obstruct,Li Qi and asthma. The subject by observing,analyzing patients before and after treatment Asthma symptoms and signs of performance and symptom-scores,pulmonary function, arterial blood gas analysis,three sons to support parents in Modified Treatment of chronic persistent asthma (phlegm obstruct gas card) clinical efficacy.Methods:This study selected Chinese Medicine Hospital of Respiratory Medicine, Hubei Province,43 cases of out-patient treatment to patients (clinically diagnosed as bronchial asthma, chronic duration, TCM is Phlegm gas obstruct card),the 43 cases diagnosed as bronchial asthma, chronic duration (Phlegm Gas obstruct card) patients were randomly divided into treatment group 22 cases and the control group 21 cases,two groups of patients before treatment of gender,age,duration, severity, traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,lung function, arterial blood gas analysis,no statistical significant difference (P> 0.05), comparable. Two groups of patients with symptomatic efficacy of TCM treatment group the total effective rate was 95.5% vs 85.7%, after statistical P<0.05,significant difference, and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. Both groups improved after treatment FEVI significant difference (P<0.01),the treatment group than the control group. Improvement in PEF was significant difference (P<0.05),the treatment group than the control group. PaO2 improvement was significant difference (P<0.05),the treatment group than the control group. PaC02 improvement in both groups there was no significant difference between (P>0.05),but the treatment group than in the control group improved significantly.
