| Objective:To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of children's mesenteric lymphadenitis.Methods:Color Doppler was performed on 220 patients with abdominal pain. Observing the distribution, amount, size, shape, internal structure and blood stream of mesenteric lymph node , then recorded the positive result.Results:The lymph node were swelling in different levels,the rich blood flow signals inside were found.Conclusion:Ultrasound could display the swelling lymph node clearly,it is a preferable method to diagnose children's mesentery lymphadenitis, which has important value in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
