During the past over twenty years of its reform and opening, China has made remarkable achievements in medical and health,has been formed with more than 60,000 hospitals(including local hospitals). Various types of hospitals and health system is undergoing profound changes, the management also put new demands. Basic medical insurance system, health system and pharmaceutical production and circulation system of three simultaneous reforms to promote more and more profound.With the rapid development of medical information technology ,the traditional model of hospital management has been unable to meet the needs of market competition.
