| The thesis’s research, rely on the nursing routine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine, optimizes and integrates the current working mechanism and procedure. Currently, the information collection point is at the nurse workstation, not extended to the patient room. The information collected at bedside is recorded by traditional hand working--on the paper, and then entered HIS back to the nurse workstation. Meanwhile, the nurse has to print doctor’s order before carrying it out at the bedside. It is necessary to use mobile nursing information system to achieve bi-directional interaction between the bedside and HIS, so that doctor’s orders are transcribed, delivered and checked at the bedside to avoid the risk of mistake and reduce nurse’s time of doing chore. The design and implementation of the system is of great importance to improve efficiency of nurse’s work and the level of hospital informatization.The thesis discussed and analyzed the current research of the key technologies of mobile nursing information system at home and abroad, which provides theoretic and research basis for mobile nursing informatization. The function and effect of the mobile nursing system is studied; the advantages of the technology applied in the mobile nursing system are analyzed separately. All these provide technical theoretic basis for the research.On the foundation of theoretic research, object-oriented approach is used for system analysis and design. Microsoft.NET technology is used as the programming and application platform. Object-oriented C++is use as the programming language. The B/S three-tie structure, with the user interface layer and business logic layer completely seprated, is used as the architectural pattern. The modeling process is from the business modeling to the system modeling, to plan comprehensively, analyze systematically and develop the mobile nursing information system that is suitable for the hospital. The system’s function and usefulness is then tested in clinical practice. Finally, the research content of the thesis is summarized, the mobile nursing system is analyzed, and further research work is put forward to improve the system. The thesis develops an antitype of mobile nursing information system, and has made preparations theoretically and technically for the improvement and establishment of a practical system. |
