The Research And Design For The Hospital Management Information System Based On Wireless Technology

In recent years, most domestic hospitals have adopted the hospital information system to improve the hospital work efficiency and service quality. The core of modern medical informatization is the sharing of patients'information, including instant information sharing between each hospital departments, between each doctor, even the real-time information sharing between hospital and hospital, between the hospital and community, to realize patient information without paper and film optimization taken database as center, which requires strong network support. Due to the particularity of the medical profession, large amount of information to dealing with and the sensitivity for clinical time to the patient that require network has such characteristics mobility, higher transmission rate, good expansibility and so on. These have apparently not traditional wired network cabling can satisfy. The mature application of Wireless network exactly fits the further development of the hospital information system. Wireless network becomes merged into the medical profession, exerts its special advantages in remote medical treatment, the doctor patient rounds, clinical nursing, improves the medical staffs'efficiency and reduces the cost, avoids the repeated work or error occurs and gives full play to the hospital information system performance. Therefore how to construct an Omni-directional, reasonably hospital information system based on wireless network technology is an important and meaningful research topic.This paper is divided into seven chapters. At first we research and analyze the current situation and content of HMIS (hospital management information system). After fully analyze the HMIS of home and abroad we get the advantages and disadvantages of them, then we analyze the needs and architecture of the HMIS proposed in detail and design it. We select the.NET for the development of the whole system after multiple comparisons.This paper creatively adds the application of the wireless technology into the system designed and proposes the realized plan of environmental architecture of the system. Also, we give the detailed codes of the system and demonstrate the feasibility of the system from the field of software and hardware.At the end we give the composite evaluation of the system with the AHP (analytic hierarchy process). With the result we look it into the future and propose the idea of the further improvement.
