With the rapid development of modern information technology,hospitals in our country have entered the era of digitization and information,and each major hospital has introduced and established its own hospital information system to varying degrees.As the coverage area of hospital information becomes more and more extensive,the data from each system accumulates more and more,and the storage space,scale and complexity of the database become larger and larger,these information are of great medical value and economic value,but with the accumulation of data,it is more and more difficult to query and extract these data from the database.How to access and extract these data from the massive database patient medical data is a key problem for major hospitals to extract the data needed by hospitals for hospital analysis and decision-making.The emergence of data mining technology has provided a good help to solve this key problem,which is also the reason why data mining technology has been more and more used in the medical industry in recent years.Scientific research by using the data extraction technology in data mining plays an important role in improving medical technology and hospital management.This paper analyzes the use and shortcomings of the existing hospital information system,and then provides a medical data mining technology suitable for the hospital information system.It includes the design and construction of data warehouse and data mining model,the analysis and selection of key technologies and algorithms of data mining,and the correlation mining service of hospital medical big data.The following is the research content of this paper:First of all,according to the characteristics of a large number of medical data in the hospital information system,as well as the requirements of hospital medical service,at the same time,the design principles of data warehouse and data mining model in data mining are synthesized.The most suitable data mining model and the design steps of data warehouse are put forward.Then according to the characteristics of hospital patient clinic and inpatient medical data and the design characteristics of data mining model,the timing algorithm and association rule algorithm are selected to analyze the data.The number of hospitalized patients and the number of visits in the next year are predicted.Finally,in view of the need that hospital inpatients with different types of characteristics can not be classified well,the method of cluster analysis is used to analyze the medical treatment and diagnosis information of hospital inpatients,and the mining results of the corresponding research are displayed.It has played a positive role in improving the management quality of the hospital and improving the order of patients seeking medical treatment.In this paper,a data mining platform based on hospital medical data is designed and constructed by using data mining technology.Not only the recent medical data are analyzed,but also the data of the same period over the years are compared and analyzed,so as to find out the development trend of the same period.More conclusions can be drawn,not only to provide decision support for hospital management,but also to establish medical diagnosis expert system or medical scientific research system by using the knowledge obtained from the analysis.
