Background:In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology,hospital information system(HIS)has been widely used in various hospitals,such as EMR,PACS,LIS,WeChat official account and hospital mobile APP,etc.it plays a vital role in medical services.The use of hospital information system simplifies the work process of doctors,improves the work efficiency and quality of work,and ultimately improves doctors.Production performance.The information technology mindfulness of individual doctors will affect their behavior after the adoption of the system.After the adoption of the information system,doctors will experience technical adaptation and task adaptation,and ultimately affect their work performance.Therefore,how information technology mindfulness affects the behavior of doctors after system adoption,and what kind of adaptation process they go through after using the system so as to affect the final work performance is the focus of this paper.The research objectives,methods,results,conclusions and suggestions are as follows:Objective:Based on the background that hospital information system is widely used in major hospitals,this paper aims to understand the impact of information technology mindfulness on the technical adaptation and task adaptation behavior after the adoption of the doctor system,as well as the impact mechanism of the adaptation process on the work performance,so as to improve the work performance of doctors,and provide new reference ideas for the current medical and health system reform and hospital information management.Method:This research mainly adopts questionnaire survey,selection of NanJing hospital information system equipment and high utilization rate of six 3 tertiary hospitals as investigation object,through the questionnaire way personal basic information to the doctor and hospital information system using the process and results of relevant situation investigation,a total of 360 questionnaires,recycling of 350,eliminate invalid questionnaires were 335,effective questionnaire recovery rate was 93.06%.Descriptive statistical analysis,reliability analysis,validity analysis,confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis were performed on the recovered data by using statistical software such as SPSS22.0 and LISREL8.70.Results:Reliability analysis,validity analysis,confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis showed that the Cronbach's Alpha of each variable was greater than 0.8.The combined reliability(CR)of each variable is greater than 0.7.Mean variance extraction quantity(AVE)was greater than 0.5.The Standard Loading of each measurement item is basically greater than 0.7.The square root of the mean variance extract of each latent variable is greater than the correlation coefficient between the factor and other variables.Exploratory factor analysis was carried out for all measurement items,and 6 factors were obtained.The explanatory power of the first factor was 35%,far less than 50%.It indicates that the data has passed the reliability,validity and confirmatory factor analysis test.Through structural equation model analysis of the data,it was found that except for the hypothesis H4,H7 and H9,the T values of the other paths were all greater than 1.96,and the other 7 hypotheses were all supportedConclusions:According to the results of the structural equation model,the following conclusions can be drawn:in the process of using the hospital information system,(1)Information technology mindfulness has a significant positive impact on exploitive technology adaptation;(2)Information technology mindfulness has a significant positive impact on exploratory technology adaptation;(3)Exploitive technology adaptation has a significant positive impact on job performance;(4)Exploratory technology adaptation has no significant impact on job performance;(5)Exploitive technology adaptation significantly positively affects exploitive task adaptation;(6)Exploitive technology adaptation has a significant positive impact on the exploratory task adaptation;(7)Exploratory technology adaptation has no significant impact on exploitive task adaptation;(8)Exploratory technology adaptation significantly positively affects exploratory task adaptation;(9)There was no significant positive effect of exploitive task adaptation on job performance;(10)Exploratory task adaptation significantly positively affects job performanceSuggestions:According to the research conclusion,this paper proposes the following Suggestions for hospital managers,system developers and individual doctors:based on hospital managers,hospital managers should encourage doctors to use hospital information system and increase training for doctors to use the system;Hospital managers should pay attention to the use of doctor system and encourage doctors to explore tasks.Based on the system designer,when designing the hospital information system,the system designer should consider the doctor's adaptive behavior when using the information system.The system designer should investigate the market demand periodically and optimize the hospital information system continuously.Based on the individual doctor,the doctor should take the initiative to learn the use of the system and participate in the training on the use of the system.Doctors should feedback the information to the system designer in time,and make suggestions for the development of hospital informatization.
