Objective:Analysis of the TCM syndromes and regularity of RE,in order to provides the basis for The Chinese dialectic of RE。Ways:The clinical epidemiology methods to Chinese medicine hospital in Shandong Province 200 cases of RE Patient and in-Patient clinical data as the basis for TCM Syndrome Distribution explore elements. Results:1.In Patients with male to female ration as 11:9,the youngest is 21 years old,the oldest is 65 years old,the average age is 49.8years old,the largest Proportion Age distribution in 36 to 55 age group,accounts for 38.5 percent of the total.2.The Most course is less than one year,about 68accounts for 34 percent of the total, 3.The main clinical symptoms is the acid reflux total 73%;Qualitative heart burn 125(62.5%), behind sternum stinging 114(57%);Abdominal distension 82(41%); Belch 109(54.5%);Stomach pain57(38.5%) , Irritable 38(19%), Appetite 85(42.5%).4.There are six kinds of syndromes , Disharmong of liver ang stomach 91(45.5%),Swelter of liver ang stomach 43(21.5%),5.There are 6 kinds of Symptoms factor of disease location total 211,the first is stomachs 179(89.5%);the second is liver 139(69.5%);the third is splenic39(19.5%); there are 9 kinds of disease nature syndromes , total 328 , mainly heat 96(48%) , qi stagnation 49(24.5%)。Conclusion:1.The men Patients with RE is more than women。2.The mainly syndromes Disharmong of liver ang stomach.3.The mainly Symptoms factor of disease locations are Liver,stomachs,splenic;disease nature syndromes,mainly heat,qistagnation.
