Objective: Based on the theory of six meridians opening and closing axis, the characteristics of six meridians syndrome differentiation in patients with chronic urticaria were studied,it is expected to provide theoretical support for the treatment of chronic urticaria based on syndrome differentiation of six meridians and improve the TCM diagnosis and treatment system of chronic urticaria. Methods: By means of a questionnaire, the medical records of patients with chronic urticaria who attended the dermatology clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese medicine were collected, including name, sex, age, time of visit, course of disease, characteristics of skin lesions, symptoms and the main time of onset. All the data were collected and entered into Excel, and the data were analyzed by SPSS26.0 software to study the regularity of chronic urticaria.Results:1.This study collected 482 patients with chronic urticaria, including 186 males and296 females, the male-female ratio was 0.6:1.2.Patients with chronic urticaria ranged in age from 14 to 80 years, with a median age of 37 years,of which males ranged in age from 14 to 80 years, with a median age of 35years;females ranged in age from 14 to 69 years, with a median age of 38 years.Age distribution in 31-40-year-old patients with the most, with age gradually decreased prevalence, the difference was statistically significant.3.Patients with chronic urticaria usually have a course of less than one year, the frequency of skin lesions in the last week is once a day,the number of air masses is less than 20/24 hours(mild),and the degree of itching is moderate, these differences were statistically significant. There was no significant difference in the regression time of skin lesion.4.In patients with chronic urticaria, the first 20 of the common TCM concomitant symptoms, from high to low are irritability, fear of heat, fear of cold, tiredness, fatigue, insomnia, dry mouth, watery stool, spontaneous sweating, dry stool, difficulty in sleeping, fear of wind after sweating, bitter mouth, dry throat, tinnitus, tightness in the chest, fullness of the stomach, fear of wind, sticky stool, drowsiness and dry eyes.Pale red tongue with teeth mark/dull tongue with teeth mark/dull tongue with teeth mark/dull tongue with teeth crack, thin white fur/thin yellow fur was the most common tongue appearance in this study. The most common tongue color is light red tongue, tongue quality is tooth mark tongue, tongue coating is thin coating, the difference has statistical significance.5.In the differentiation of six meridians of chronic urticaria,Yangming disease is the most important single meridians syndrome,Shaoyang-Taiyin syndrome is the most important combined syndrome, the difference is statistically significant.Of all syndrome types,Shaoyang disease was the most(173 cases,35.8%),followed by Yangming disease(155 cases,32.1%)and Taiyin disease(104 cases,21.5%).6.The number of patients with chronic urticaria was the most when Yangming Zaojin was the main qi,and the least when Jue Yin Fengmu was the main qi.7.The time of onset of chronic urticaria in Yangming disease and Yangming-Taiyin disease was the most common, the difference was statistically significant. In all the time periods, the most common time period is Yangming disease(196 cases,40.7%),followed by the time of Taiyin disease(137 cases,28.4%)and the time of Shaoyang disease(102cases,21.1%),the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Shaoyang disease was the most common type of chronic urticaria, followed by Yangming disease and Taiyin disease, while Taiyang disease, jueyin disease and Shaoyin disease were less common.2.The six channels can be either alone or combined with each other.Yangming disease is the most common single channel disease in patients with chronic urticaria. The most common syndrome is shaoyang-taiyin syndrome, and Shaoyang cardinal disease is its main pathogenesis.3.Patients with chronic urticaria are most likely to suffer from Yangming Yujieshi and Taiyin Yujieshi,Shaoyang Yujieshi is the second,Jue Yin Yujieshi,Shaoyin Yujieshi, and Taiyin Yujieshi are the least.4.Chronic urticaria patients affected by the season,in Yangming Zaojin when more prone to attack.
