| We have researched on separation and purification about this technology for system test. Finally, we determined the process for industrial production of extraction and purification of salvia miltiorrhiza water-soluble phenolic constituents.Firstly we have established a rapid and simple method of the water-soluble phenolic constituents, compared different extraction methods and determined the process for industrial production of Sal extraction. On this basis, we filtered 4 different types of Macroporous resin and 3 different polyamide meshes by static and dynamic adsorption. Furthermore, we found the resin model with good absorption for Sal and determined the separation and enrichment process for Sal. Qulity-stadard studies have been done afterward with the Salvia miltiorrhiza water-soluble components.The results show that the content of Sal from the production equaled to 98 %, transfer rate is equal to 59%. This process was significantly higher than the existing production process. This technology provides some evidence for the industrial production of Sal. |
