Researches On Quality Standards Of The Extract Of Szechuan-fritilary

Fritillaria is a genuine precious herbs produced in Sichuan, the base source plant include Fritillaria unibracteata Hsiao et K.C.Hsia, Fritillaria cirrhosa D.Don, F. przewalskii Maxim.ex Batal, F. delavayi Franch, F. taipaiensis P. Y. Li, F. unibracteata Hsiao et K. C. Hsia var. wabuensis (S. Y. Tang et S. C. Yue) Z. D. Liu, S. Wang et S. C. Chen, mainly produced in Sichuan, Yunnan, Tibet, Qinghai, Shaanxi and other regions. The drug has significant antitussive, expectorant, antibacterial, sedative and so forth which is based on the alkaloids polysaccharides, saponins, and other ingredients it contains.The fluidextract of is a major use form of Fritillaria, it can be used alone or as pharmaceutical raw materials. Chemical and pharmacological study of Fritillaria showed that the steroidal and isosteroidal alkaloids are major and biological active components. But there is significant difference between different species on the Alkaloid contentin order to regulate the production, quality control of circulation and use, the quality standards must be improved. This paper studies the extraction process, and on the identification, ethanol content, and the content of Peimisine, Peimine, Peiminine, Imperialine and the total Alkaloid.Based on the literature reported and investigation, extraction technology program was designed, the orthogonal experimental method is applied to study the parameters of extract process:take Fritillaria1000g, crushed into coarse powder, with70%ethanol as solvent, percolate after dipping24hours, the collection of the beginning of glistening liquid800ml is saved, and continue to percolate, as soon as soluble components are completely glistened and concentrate it to a relative density of1.10(60℃) cream, mixed with the beginning liquid, diluted to1000ml with70%ethanol, standing, filtration, that is.Quality standards include TLC, content of alkali, in which Peiminine and Peimisine, result was good; the content of Peimisine, Peimine, Peiminine, Imperialine and the total Alkaloid were studied by HPLC-ELSD method and UV spectrophotometry. According to the results of determination of the three batches of test samples, the limit contents of Peimisine, Peimine, Peiminine, Imperialine and the total Alkaloid were developed. The experiments above were written in the body of standers. In the study of stability, three batches of the test sample were annotated under the room temperature for three months, results:the traits, identification, examination and determination of the three batches of samples are in line with the provisions of the proposed standards.The above results show that:the preparation process is reasonably practicable, quality standards is controlled, and the quality of the sample is stable on the whole.
