Objective:To obtain the relevant experimental data by animal experiments to determine the appropriate indoor flow disturbance mode, in which the effect on experimental animals' infrared thermal images is the smallest. According to animal experiments suitable indoor flow disturbance mode for imaging, through field experiences the volunteers determine the suitable indoor flow disturbance mode for the guidance of sub-health clinical intervention of acupuncture and moxibustion infrared thermal imaging of the human body check.Method:Fixed lab influence the related factors infrared perturbation graph (temperature, relative humidity, spatial size, background color), changes in different air disturbance mode, first take IRT images of miniature pig, analyze and compare the surface temperature data with JiuGongGe method, then screening of three is suitable for less influence images the airflow disturbance mode; On this basis, recruiting 100 volunteers, through airflow patterns change, human body taken diagram and measurable experiment, the human body thermal imaging surface temperature data extracted parts of choice in the centre of the forehead, Tian tu acupuncture point, two side Hegu acupuncture point, two side Zusanli acupuncture point and Da zhui acupuncture point, human comfort with the Minnesota satisfaction and FACES SCALE questionnaire evaluation.Results:(1) Animal experiments show that:no air disturbance, Top air supply ground central return air and Top different side return air base of 3 indoor flow disturbance mode for IRT is little effect;(2) Human comfort experiment proof:air disturbance mode "Top different side return air base", the IRT of the human body is affected the least (P<0.05), and this mode of human comfort rating score of the Minnesota Satisfaction 3.89 points, face scale score was 3.83 points higher than other air disturbance patterns; Minnesota satisfaction for 72%, face scale satisfaction for 75%, also higher than other air disturbance patterns.Conclusion According to the results of animal experimental, the appropriate indoor flow disturbance mode for IRT is "Top different side return air base", also it is the suitable indoor flow disturbance mode for human body in the thermal imaging inspection and the sub-health clinical intervention of acupuncture and moxibustion infrared thermal imaging examination of the human body.
