Abstract:Objective:This experiment is to determine whether there is the mini effect on the infrared thermal images of research subjects of different spatial size (x* y* z m3), For the sub-health state diagnosis of medical infrared thermal imaging to establish standards. Methods:According to Animal experiments and human comfort combined method survey, following the principle of a single variable to pigs as experimental observed objects, continuous shooting them under anesthesia at different spatial size (large space 6* 6* 3.5m3 and small space 4* 4* 3.5m3) as five IRT figures, and analyzed by professional experts using professional image analysis software and tools for statistical analysis of the IRT images. Image analysis combined with human comfort questionnaire (MSQ questionnaire and expression of human comfort scale), calculated by the corresponding scores and scoring methods to rate and analyze the obtained appropriate medical IRT technology space standards. Results:1 experimental animals:â‘ when the experimental animals are in large space with 6* 6* 3.5 m3, the images showed a uniform distribution of temperature; in small space with 4* 4* 3.5 m3,the environment temperature thermal infrared images obtained showed uniform distribution also. In large space conditions, the average temperature difference between the image environment showed:P> 0.05, the temperature showed no significant difference. In small space conditions, the statistics showed:P> 0.05, the temperature showed no significant difference. Further comparison between the two groups showed that the mean temperature, The difference has no statistical significance.2. Human comfort test:By communicating with the volunteers, no one quit the experiment.Satisfaction scores of big space group is 3.91, and small space group is 2.64, the statistics showed:P<0.05; the expression scale of large space group is 2.48while the expression scale of small space group is 3.81, the statistics showed:P<0.05. The results of human comfort:the highest scores came from space model for the small space (4* 4* 3.5 m3). The scores were significantly different. Human Comfort test:a small space group satisfaction and comfort is higher than the large space group. Conclusion:â‘ Under the two space mode, the temperature of animal images are stable, both spatial statistical analysis of the image has no difference in temperature change, Figure the size of the mining environment space has no effect on infrared thermal image.â‘¡Human comfort test shows that the satisfaction of small space group is higher than large space group. Comprehensive animal experiment studies and hunman comfort results, Medical infrared thermal imaging, with a small space the size of the space environment (4* 4* 3.5 m3), is better.
