Twirling Diarrhea Acupuncture On The Human Skin Temperature Field In The Infrared Thermal Imaging Study

In this study, by using healthy adult as experimental object, we have observed the effect of manipulation of several kinds of needling twisting reinforcing-reducing methods on the human temperature field by Infrared thermal-image technology. These needling twisting reinforcing-reducing methods included SHISHI twisting reinforcing-reducing method, Much -Little stimulation volume twisting reinforcing-reducing method and Traditional twisting reinforcing-reducing method. The Uniform reinforcing-reducing method and No-needling method were used as control. The aim of this study is to clarify that if there is a difference of effect between the manipulation of twisting reinforcing method and twisting reducing method, and to discuss that if this difference is the difference between effect of the reinforcing and reducing. The results showed as follow: (1). Twisting reinforcing method and twisting reducing method above-mentioned have had different effect on the human skin temperature field after they were manipulated, and this kind of difference between the SHISI-H twisting reinforcing method and reducing method is the most in evidence among all. So as say, it is testified that needling twisting reinforcing method and twisting reducing method have a different domino effect on the human temperature. 122 of (2). With the twisting reinforcing method, the temperature of acupoint local skin and of distant skin along the channel have both risen , and the SHISHI twisting reinforcing method has produced the most obvious rising effect among the three kinds of reinforcing method. With the twisting reducing method, the temperature above-mentioned have both fallen, and this fallen effect of the three kinds of reducing technique is basically similar. According to the condition of the experiment, combined with the results of the experiment, it is suggested that the needling raising temperature effect of the twisting reinforcing method should be the reinforcing effect and the needling lowering temperature effect of reducing method should be reducing effect. SHISHI twisting reinforcing method has the most obvious reinforcing effect and all three kinds of reducing method have reducing effect. (3). With the Uniform reinforcing-reducing method, the temperature of distant skin along the channel has fallen, but the temperature of acupoint local skin has not changed obviously. It is indicated that the manipulation of this method if has regular effect on the human skin temperature field is worth further investigation. With the No-needling method, the temperature above-mentioned have no obvious change, and it has obvious difference from others. So it is further indicated that the exist of the needling twisting reinforcing and reducing method is very important.
