| This paper is research for many years the basis of the clinical research of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of nontraumatic osteonecrosis of femoral head.Nontraumatic osteonecrosis of femoral head is one of the diseases incidence and high morbidity,clinical orthopedics disease has gradually become a serious damage to human health,the specific etiology and pathogenesis of the disease is not clear,so bring great difficulties for treatment.The end of the disease can lead to the collapse of femoral head and hip joint damage,serious impact on patients activity function,leading to a sharp drop in the quality of life.And acupuncture treatment of femoral head necrosis disease has a long history,as early as in nei jing relevant detailed records,patients with the clinical curative effect was most certainly.But there are also many problems,such as the type,clinical find,diagnosis and curative effect of standard has not been unified,and in the process of acupuncture treatment is often mixed with other treatments(western medicine,etc.),clinical design,statistical method is too simple,poor repeatability,and can't wait for effective clinical validation,lead to can not be objective and effective evaluation of clinical curative effect.To this end,the author through to retrieve published in domestic journals in recent years mainly by acupuncture in the treatment of femoral head necrosis literature,sorting out the treatment of femoral head necrosis acupoints in application of the law,so as to provide basis and reference for clinicians to treat the disease,and provide reference for further basic research.Methods:(1)Retrieval with "bone erosion","bone impotent" or "involving the bone"+ "acupuncture" or "needle" inscription,CNKI,ten thousand party,weipu database in Chinese.(2)Inclusion criteria:? the object of study must be acupuncture for patients with this disease,and clinical observation index for curative effect,the basic research;?the treatment object on the basis of clear,recognized diagnostic criteria for diagnosis of femoral head necrosis;?Treatment mainly by acupuncture and moxibustion therapy,decision criteria and have the exact curative effect;? in the literature to have a clear prescription treatment,prescription or parting differentiation;?the curative effect of treatment outcome decision criteria must be domestic or international recognized industry,adopted by the general.(3)The exclusion criteria:?Based on drug treatment,acupuncture and moxibustion for auxiliary treatment of related literature;?In the treatment adopted have affect judge the curative effect of acupuncture and other treatments,such as needle medicine and etc.;?Not explicitly listed acupuncture prescription specific acupoints of related literature;?variety of literature repeated references to the same text take only once;?
