The Clinical Efficacy Research On Resting Plaque Psoriasis With Prick Bloodletting

Objective:to observe the clinical efficacy and the safety of prick bloodletting in the treatment of resting plaque psoriasis. Looking for the new ways and new methords of the acupuncture.treatment of psoriasis.Methord:we divided the 60 cases into two groups according to different treatment methord.30 cases in treatment group treated by prick bloodletting,30 cases in control group treated by Tazarotene Cream for external application.two groups of treatment are 30 days.Observe the change of psoriasis area erythema, infiltrating, squames and PASI before and after the treatment.Results:(1) Both the prick bloodletting group and the 0.1% Tazarotene Cream group have not significant difference among age, sex, course of the disease and the degree of various lesions (P>0.05).in treatment group the total clear effect rate was83.33%. in contrast group the total clear effect rate was 56.67%.the statistical significance was shown between the two groups in the rate of effectiveness (P<0.05). so prick bloodletting therapy is better than 0.1% Tazarotene Cream for external application therapy.(2) Two groups in the symptomatic integral dropped after treatment and there were statistical significance in skin lesions area, erythema, infiltrating, squames and PASI before and after the treatment (P<0.05)(3) Between the prick bloodletting group and 0.1% Tazarotene Cream group have significant difference among the skin lesions area, desquamation and PASI (P<0.05). two groups have not significant difference in erythema and infiltrating after treatment (P>0.05)Conclusions:Both prick bloodletting and 0.1% Tazarotene Cream can reduce the integral of skin lesions area, erythema, infiltrating, desquamation and PASI,But prick bloodletting therapy is better than 0.1% Tazarotene Cream therapy.
