Clinical Observation Of Ganluxiaodudan Combined With Pricking Bloodletting In Treating Psoriasis Vulgaris

Objective: To observe the effectiveness and safety of Ganluxiaodudan combined with pricking bloodletting in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods: 66 patients with psoriasis who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with Ganluxiaodudan combined with pricking bloodletting,external rubbed calcipotriol ointment,and the control group was given oral Ganluxiaodudan and external calcipotriol ointment.The patient observation form was filled before treatment,4weeks after treatment,and 8 weeks after treatment.Each patient underwent lesion area score,single lesion severity score,PASI score,pruritus score,PQLOS score,and recorded whether there was any defect.The response was followed up for 3 months,and the recurrence was recorded.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 25.0to conclude.Results:1.Comparison of efficacy between two groups of patientsThe total effective rate was 87.50% in the treatment group and 70.97% in the control group.The total effective rate was statistically different(P<0.05).2.Comparison of skin lesion area scores between the two groupsThere was no significant difference in the lesion area scores between the treatment group and the control group before treatment.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups before and after 8 weeks of treatment(P<0.05),suggesting that the two groups had significant curative effect in reducing the lesion area score,and the treatment group was superior to the control group.3.Comparison of single lesion severity scores between the two groupsThere was no significant difference in the lesion area scores between the treatment group and the control group before treatment.There was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05)between the two groups before and after treatment for8 weeks after the single lesion severity score(erythema,scale,infiltration).It is suggested that the two groups of patients have significant curative effect in reducing the severity of skin lesions,and the treatment group is superior to the control group.4.Comparison of PSAI scores between the two groupsThere was no significant difference in the pre-treatment PASI score between the treatment group and the control group.The PASI score of the treatment group before treatment was(12.77±1.18),and the PASI score was(4.25±2.33)after 8 weeks of treatment.The PASI score of the control group before treatment was(13.26±1.26).After 8 weeks of treatment,the PASI score was(6.82±2.53),the PASI scores of the two groups were significantly reduced after 8 weeks of treatment,and the comparison between the groups was superior to the control group in reducing the PASI score.5.Comparison of pruritus scores between the two groupsThere was a statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment for 8 weeks(P<0.05),indicating that the two treatments had a significant effect in reducing the degree of pruritus,and the treatment group was superior to the control group.6.Comparison of quality of life(PQLOS)in patients with psoriasis in both groupsThere was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05)between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment for 8 weeks after psoriasis(P<0.05),indicating that the two groups of treatment programs have a significant effect on improving quality of life,and The treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion:Ganluxiaodudan combined with puncture and bloodletting treatment has the curative effect of reducing the PASI score of patients with psoriasis vulgaris with Wet Toxin-Type,reducing the itching of patients with psoriasis,and improving the quality of life.Compared with the treatment of oral Chinese medicine alone,it has a definite curative effect and is clinically guided.Psoriasis medication,improve the clinical efficacy of psoriasis provides more practical ideas and methods.
