The Research Of Patients' Constitution Type Of TCM Characteristics With Spontaneous Abortion And Correlative Factors Analysis

ObjectivesTo investigate TCM constitution type and spontaneous abortion's related factors, the normal women and normal early pregnancy women served as control groups. It will be a foundation for preventing and decreasing early spontaneous abortion through TCM constitution regulation and reducing the risk of spontaneous abortion.MethodsThe number of each group was 160. All 480 cases were analyzed by TCM constitution investigation questionnaire and General questionnaire. The constitution types of patients with spontaneous abortion, normal women and normal early pregnancy women were obtained.160 patients with spontaneous abortion were divided into Tai yuan wei yun group, Tai yuan yi yun group and Hua tai group, to identify their TCM constitution.Result1. Spontaneous abortion occurred much in the yang-xu constitution, qi-yu constitution, qi-xu constitution, yin-xu constitution, blood stasis constitution. Yang-xu constitution of spontaneous abortion group was significantly more than normal women group and normal early pregnancy women group(P<0.05). Other constitution types were no significant difference among the three groups. 2. Yang-xu constitution of Tai yuan wei yun group and Hua tai group was significantly more than normal women group and normal early pregnancy women group (P<0.05).3. The significant impact factors of spontaneous abortion group were yang-xu constitution, the number of abortions, the number of spontaneous abortions, exercise, body slim (P<0.05). Yang-xu constitution, the number of abortions, the number of spontaneous abortions were the risk factors of spontaneous abortion (B>0, OR>1). Exercise, body slim wre the protective factors of spontaneous abortion(B<0, OR<1). The correlated degree of the risk factor and spontaneous abortion from high to low was as follows:the number of spontaneous abortions, the number of abortions, yang-xu constitution. 4. Vaginal bleeding with spontaneous abortion was ralated to qi-xu constitution, yang-xu constitution, tan-shi constitution, shi-re constitu-tion, te-bing constitution, ping-he constitution (P<0.05), in which ping-he constitution was protective factor (β<0), while others were risk factors. Abdominal pain had nothing to do with TCM constitution. Mild lumbago is positively correlated with blood stasis constitution, and blood stasis constitution was risk factor (P<0.05,β>0).ConclusionYang-xu constitution is ralated to spontaneous abortion. Previous history of spontaneous abortion and induced abortion are risk factors for spontaneous abortion. Therefore, the prevention of spontaneous abortion is achieved by improving physical fitness and reducing the risk factors of spontaneous abortion. We can take drug recuperation, diet, emotional adjustment, and sports et. for physical intervene, thereby reducing the incidence of spontaneous abortion.
