Correlation Between Etiology And Chinese Constitution Of Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion

Objective:To understand the common causes of recurrent spontaneous abortion and TCM constitution,and to study the correlation between etiology and TCM constitution.Methods : Questionnaire survey(health questionnaire and TCM constitution questionnaire)for 200 patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion who met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria in the gynaecology clinic of Shanxi Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December to February 2018,2017.And the proportion of physical constitution,summed the common causes of recurrent spontaneous abortion and the type of TCM constitution,and evaluated the correlation between etiology and physical fitness.Results:1.he common causes of recurrent spontaneous abortion are Ureaplasma urealyticum infection,antiphospholipid antibody positive,luteal function and high androgen,accounting for 28.5%,17.2%,16.1% and 12.4%,respectively.2.The common TCM constitutions of recurrent spontaneous abortion are yang deficiency,qi deficiency and qi stagnation,accounting for 31.2%,21.0% and 17.7%,respectively.3.The etiology of recurrent spontaneous abortion infection was associated with yin deficiency(P=0.018)and moist heat(P<0.001).The infection UU(r=0.195,P=0.008)and TORCH(r=0.172,P=0.019)showed a low positive correlation with the moist heat quality of TCM constitution.(P<0.05 the difference was statistically significant)4.The cause of recurrent spontaneous abortion was related to blood stasis(P=0.002).And APL positive and yin deficiency(r = 0.176,P = 0.017)and bloody sputum(r = 0.284,P < 0.001)showed a low positive correlation,EmAb positive and special sputum(r = 0.442,P < 0.001)A low positive correlation.(P<0.05 the difference was statistically significant)5.The etiology of recurrent spontaneous abortion endocrine was associated with moist heat(P=0.016).High T and Yin deficiency(r=0.197,P=0.007),high PRL and qi stagnation(r=0.224,P=0.002),IR and Yin deficiency(r=0.218,P=0.003)TCM constitution Low positive correlation.(P<0.05 the difference was statistically significant6.The recurrent spontaneous abortion diet was associated with the number of abortions(P=0.035),and the etiology of infection was negatively correlated with the abnormality of the belt(P=0.009).(P<0.05 the difference was statistically significant)Conclusion:1.Common causes of RSA are Ureaplasma urealyticum infection,antiphospholipid antibody positive,luteal function and high androgen.2.Yang deficiency,qi deficiency,and qi stagnation are the susceptible physique of RSA.3.The cause of recurrent spontaneous abortion is related to Yin deficiency and dampness and heat,and the cause of immune is related to blood stasis.4.UU and TORCH infections in recurrent spontaneous abortion are related to damp heat.APL positive is related to yin deficiency and blood stasis.EmAb positive is related to sputum.High T and high IR are related to yin deficiency.High PRL and qi stagnation.5.Infection factors are associated with abnormalities in the belt.Dietary taste is related to the number of abortions.As the taste increases,the number of abortions increases.
