The Correlation Research Between The Tcm Constitution Types And Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion

Objective:To study the distribution of traditional chinese medcine (TCM) constitution and the relationship between TCM constitution and syndrome differentiation between the recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA) patients and the normal child-bearing females. To interfered the susceptible constitution, and to reduce the rate of recurrent spontaneous abortiona with the advantages of TCM, according to the susceptible constitution of the recurrent spontaneous abortion.Methods:Epidemiological research method was obeyed during the whole study. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 132 RSA patients in the Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital of HangZhou and 116 normal child-bearing females without spontaneous abortion between 21 and 35 years old, with clinical date collected and curative effect inspected, the data and the investigation results were collated and analyzed with SPSS 17.0.Result:1. Normal constitution was accounted the majority constitution types for 47.27% among the normal child-bearing females and the followed were Qi deficiency constitution (16.36%),yin deficiency constitution (9.09%) and liver-qi stagnation constitution (9.09%).2. In the constitution types of RSA patients,yin deficiency was higher than others, accounted for 47.27%,the followed were Qi deficiency(16.67%) and Yin deficiency with Liver-Qi stagnation constitutions(12.50%).3. In the TCM differentiations of RSA patients,Yin deficiency with blood heat is the majority (24.17%),followed by Kidney yin defieiency (19.17%),Liver and Kidney yin defieiency(17.5%) and Spleen and Kidney deficiency(14.17%).4. The results of those patients whoes differentiation belong to liver and kidney: There was not only ststistic difference between Yin deficiency and Qi deficiency constitution(P<0.0167), but also between Qi deficiency and Yin deficiency with liver Qi stagnation constitution(P<0.0167), among the three frequently constitutions of RSA patients (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between Yin deficiency and Yin deficiency with liver Qi stagnation constitution (P>0.0167). About Yin deficiency differentiation syndrom:There were all stattistic difference between Yin deficiency and Qi deficiency constitution(P<0.0167) and among the three frequently constitutions of RSA patients (P<0.05). There was no marked difference between Yin deficiency and Yin deficiency with liver Qi stagnation constitution (P>0.0167).so is between Qi deficiency and Yin deficiency with liver Qi stagnation constitution(P>0.0167)Conclusion:1. In the constitution types of RSA patients, yin deficiency,Qi deficiency and Yin deficiency with Liver-Qi stagnation constitutions were accounted the majority. Therefor, the development of recurrent spontaneous abortiona was closely related with TCM constitution types.2.TCM syndrome of recurrent spontaneous abortion was correlated with constitution. The constitution could affect the evolution and development of TCM syndrome.
