Clinical Research On The Preconceptional Intervention Of TCM Discriminating And Regulating Constitution Of Spontaneous Abortion Patients

Objective Under the guidance of the thought of preventive treatment of disease,based on the theory of constitution,by making constitution identification,classifying,and statistics,analyzing the distribution characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)constitution of spontaneous abortion patients.According to the result of the constitution identification,making individual and preconceptional intervention,to correct physical constitution.To pro vied clinical evidences for improving success rate of Spontaneous Abortion patiants're-pregnancy.Methods Using cross-sectional Investigating 80 patients diagnosed with Spontaneous Abortion,and who saw a doctor in the reproductive immunology outpatient and life cultivation and health preservation outpatient of Zhejiang Province Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital from June 2011 to December 2013 by questionnaires with the crowd informed,we understood the general condition of patients,recognized,made a count and accurately classified the TCM constitution of patients.And give corresponding comprehensive intervention,then record the change of the constitution grade before and after the intervention.SPSS 19.0 software was applied for statistical treatment,analyzing the distribution characteristics of TCM constitution and the change of the constitution grade before and after the intervention.Results ?The constitution distribution of the frequency(times)and proportion of 80 cases of Spontaneous Abortion patients:There were 3 cases(3.75%)of harmonious constitution,48 cases(60.00%)of single-side constitution,29 cases(36.75%)of mixed constitution.Qi-deficiency type 20 cases(15.87%),Yang-deficiency type 33cases(26.19%),Qi-depression type 22 cases(17.46%),Yin-deficiency type 19 cases(15.07%),Damp-heat type 11 cases(8.73%),Yin-yang harmony type3 cases(1.39%),Blood stasis type 11 cases(8.73%),Allergic type 1 case(0.79%),Phlegm-dampness type 6 cases(4.26%).? In no recurrent spontaneous abortion group,from high to low frequency of the most biased TCM constitution is Yang-deficiency type,Qi-depression type,Yin-deficiency type,Damp-heat type,Blood stasis type,Phlegm-dampness type,Allergic type;In recurrent spontaneous abortion group,from high to low frequency of the most biased TCM constitution is Yang-deficiency type,Qi-depression type,Yin-deficiency type,Damp-heat type,Blood stasis type,Phlegm-dampness type,Allergic type.The no recurrent spontaneous abortion group and the recurrent spontaneous abortion group,between groups X2 test,P>0.05,prompting there is no statistical differences in the TCM constitution's physical distribution of the frequency and proportion of these two groups,and there are TCM constitution gathered phenomenon in two groups.?There were a significant difference in the score of biased constitution and harmonious constitution before and after treatment..Conclusion The distribution characteristics of TCM constitution of Spontaneous Abortion Patients:Yang-deficiency type,Qi-depression type,Qi-deficiency type,Yin-deficiency type were more common.There were no significant difference between the no recurrent abortion group and the recurrent abortion group.And there are TCM constitution gathered phenomenon in two groups.The individualization intervention of TCM can reduce the score of physical constitution.Thus it was curative effect to correct biased constitution.The distribution characteristics of TCM constitution had regular pattern,and the distinguishing and regulating constitution can regulate the physical constitution,which provided effective clinical evidence for improving the success rate of pregnancy again.
