The Study On The Correlation Between TCM Constitution And TCM Syndrome Types Of Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion In Kunming

Objective:Taking RSA patients in Kunming as the research object,based on the theories of TCM gynecology,TCM diagnostics,and TCM constitution,and using epidemiological research methods,statistics and analysis the types of TCM constitution and syndrome types of RSA patients in Kunming.To preliminarily clarify the common TCM constitution types and syndrome types of the disease;to explore the correlation between the TCM constitution and syndrome types of the disease;to conduct an in-depth discussion on the correlation between the TCM constitution and syndrome types of the disease,to find out the connection between them and provides a new diagnosis and treatment idea and direction for the clinical prevention and treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion in the region,with a view to combining prevention and treatment,and providing a new method for the treatment of this disease.Methods:Through a questionnaire survey of 162 RSA patients in Kunming,the medical statistical methods are used to organize and count the survey data,analyze the types of TCM constitution,syndrome types distribution and characteristics of RSA patients in Kunming,and explore TCM constitution direct correlation with syndrome type.Results:1.In this survey,the youngest was 21 years old and the oldest was 46 years old.The 31-35-year-old group had the most RSA patients,48 cases,accounting for 29.63%.Among the number of spontaneous abortions,the number of patients with twice spontaneous abortions are the most,135 cases,accounting for 83.33%.2.The frequency of occurrence of TCM syndrome types in RSA patients in this survey is kidney deficiency syndrome(30.86%)>spleen and kidney weakness syndrome(25.93%)>qi and blood deficiency syndrome(22.84%)>blood fever syndrome(10.49%)>Blood stasis syndrome(9.88%).3.In this investigation,RSA patients with are more likely to have a biased constitution,accounting for 95.68%.The frequency of occurrence of various types of biased constitution disorder is as follows:45 cases with qi depression constitution(27.78%)>31 cases with Yin deficiency constitution(19.14%)>22 cases with yang deficiency constitution(13.58%)>20 cases with qi deficiency constitution(12.35%)>16 cases with damp heat constitution(9.88%)>10 cases with phlegm and dampness constitution(6.17%)>9 cases with blood stasis constitution(5.65%)>2 cases with special character constitution(1.23%).4.There is a correlation between the TCM constitution and syndrome type of recurrent spontaneous abortion patients.After Pearson chi-square test,X2=61.254,P=0.001,P<0.05,indicating that there is a statistically significant difference between TCM constitution and syndrome type.5.Further analysis of the correlation between TCM constitution and syndrome types:(1)Qi depression constitution and syndrome types are tested by Pearson chi-square test,where X2=10.150,P=0.038,P<0.05,indicating that there is a statistical difference in the distribution of qi depression constitution in syndrome types,and patients are more common in qi and blood deficiency syndrome;(2)Yin deficiency constitution and syndrome type are tested by Pearson chi-square test,where X2=12.873,P=0.012,P<0.05,indicating that there is a statistically significant difference in the distribution of yin deficiency constitution in syndrome types,and patients with yin deficiency constitution are more common in kidney deficiency syndrome;(3)Yang deficiency constitution and syndrome types are tested by Pearson chi-square test,where X2=20.021,P<0.001,indicating that there is a statistically significant difference in the distribution of yang deficiency constitution in syndrome types,and patients with Yang deficiency constitution had spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome;(4)Qi deficiency constitution and syndrome types are tested by Pearson chi-square test,where X2=1.569,P=0.814,P>0.05,indicating that there is no statistically significant difference in the distribution of qi deficiency constitution in syndrome types.Conclusion:1.The most common TCM syndrome type of RSA are kidney deficiency syndrome,followed by spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome,qi and blood deficiency syndrome.2.The TCM constitution of RSA is mostly skewed.Qi depression constitution is the most common,followed by yin deficiency constitution,yang deficiency constitution and qi deficiency constitution.3.There is a correlation between TCM constitution and syndrome type of RSA.Qi-deficiency constitution patients are mainly due to deficiency of qi and blood syndrome;patients with yang deficiency constitution are mainly spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome;patients with yin deficiency constitution are mainly kidney deficiency syndrome.4.This study has a certain guiding significance for the clinical treatment of this disease by analyzing the correlation between TCM constitution and syndrome type of RSA patients in Kunming area,combining the theories of disease identification,syndrome differentiation,and physique identification to regulate the skewed physique of patients.
