The Treatment Of Cognitive Impairment Of Clinical Analysis By Yang Xue Qing Nao Ke Li

With the increase of the patients with Alzheimer＇s disease，it has beenattention of the disease development process．Mild Cognitive Impairment istransitional stage of normal aging to Dementia．At present academic circleshave reached a consensus，Mild Cognitive Impairment is High-risk groups ofthe Dementia．It has Became the most attention topic that early diagnosis anddelaying or even trying to reverse the progress of the disease．The patients were selected which were in our hospital and outpatientservice，older than50years，Department of Neurology from February2011toDecember2011．The patients were according with this four conditions：(1)Head MRI or head MRP showed that there is a history of stroke（including theBrain white matter ischemia）；(2) The patients whit MCI，but no more than0.5points of CDR；(3) Do not accord with the standard that should be diagnosisof dementia of MMSE；(4) ADL must be over23points．Records of the generalconditions of the outpatient service，past history，vital signs，blood routine，coagulation routine，liver function，renal function，blood lipid，fastingblood-glucos，urine routin．According to the voluntary，it divided into the grouptaking medicine with sixty-three patients and non-taking medicine with thirtypatients．These Patients were took MOCA，ADAS-Cog，NIHSS measurementand detailed records．After treatment of three months，the Patients came to thehospital to be re-cheeked，test project included vital signs，blood routine，coagulation routine，liver function，renal function，blood lipid，fastingblood-glucos，urine routin，as the project of Head MRI or head MRP as outpatient service and MOCA， ADAS-Cog， NIHSS neuropsychologicalintelligence scale．Then MRP determined CBF scores of lobus parietalis；DWIshowed hippocampus ADC scores，The SPSS and Excel were used forstatistical and analytical the measured data．Measured data was represented bymean±standard deviation(x±S)．The reuslt shows P<0.05means difference，P<0.01means significant difference．It contrast the differences between beforeand after taking medicine，and differences of two groups of the patients．The result of the re-cheek shows that Yang Xue Qing Nao Ke Li shouldmake MOCA，ADAS-Cog scale scores improved obviously，P<0.05，bothgroups were improved on NIHSS scale scores，but the taking medicine groupsshowed more obviously and the scores of CBF and ADC improved obviouslyand statistical significance．It proved that Yang Xue Qing Nao Ke Li haveCurative effect significant of cognitive impairment and safe.
