| ObjectivePurpose of this study to the theoretical framework of competency as a guide to the new nurse training objectives based on the new job responsibilities of nurses as a starting point to construct a feasible objective competency-based pre-job training programs of new nurses, to carry out pre-job training provided reference and practical guidance.MethodsThe integrated use of literature review, theoretical analysis, data research and group discussions of the scientific method of building a competency-based pre-job training of new nurses outline the basic principles and build basis, through two rounds of expert consultation to establish training programs, set up training proposed training objectives, development of training hours, the use of expert advice and expert level of coordination positive coefficient, the authority factor and other indicators, the reliability of expert advice and representation for testing. All data were statistically treated using SPSS 16.0 software.Results1 To determine the outline of competency-based pre-job training of new nursesThrough two rounds of expert advice, while meeting the importance of the assignment were to follow the number o≥4.0,≤0.25 coefficient of variation of the screening principles, and coordination of the group's views with subjects, and ultimately the formation of the new competency-based pre-job training of nurses outline. The basic situation of the group of experts adopted a qualitative analysis (professional relationship, age structure and work experience, academic degrees and titles, etc.) as well as quantitative analysis of the extent of expert authority (expert authority of the coefficients between 0.70 to 1.00), two Round of expert consultation response rate was 90.91% and 100%, expert recommendations were 15% and 15%, the expert on this study, a higher enthusiasm. Therefore, the results of higher confidence, advice was reliable. 2 Establish training programs, training content and the corresponding training objectivesThe training outline of 9 big training programs respectively is:the attitude/values, laws and regulations, management system, the basic knowledge, humanistic care, emergency capability, nursing documents, nursing skills and knowledge of computers, etc. In the above training programs of CPC covers 31 according to different training content, training content corresponding training goal. 3 The total number of training hours proposedTotal training time is 80 hours, theoretical skills training of 72 hours,8 hours of military training, according to 1 day 8 hours,1 week,5 working days, pre-job training of new nurses take up to 2 weeks.Conclusions1 Construction of the new competency-based pre-job training of nurses in outline, the outline has a good scientific, practical and feasible.2 Training content and training target objective, comprehensive, realistic coverage of the new nurses need to have of the post competency, meets the new nurses' responsibilities and post requirements.3 Total training hours will be reasonable, to ensure completion of the training objectives in the premise, in line with clinical practice and practical.4 The establishment of training programs to improve pre-job training in the management of scientific and normative, to help new nurses transition to achieve an effective role to promote the new career nurses in the future healthy growth. |
