The Study On A Hospital Systematic And Standardized Training Based On The Clinical Competency For New Nurses

objective: This study aimed to clinical competency-based theoretical framework; based on the need for a guide to clinical practice; expect to explore, summed up a set of objective, feasible and reliable standardized nurse training program in order to promote the standardization of nurse training system to improve and establish a training model provides theoretical support. Methods:Through literature review and questionnaire are two ways to build competency model and clinical investigation A hospital nurse standardized training situation, and to explore new standardized training program for nurses in the system based on the use of clinical competency expert consultation, all statistical analyzes were performed using SPSS19.0.Results:(1) defines "new nurse," "nurse standardized training" and other definitions, limiting the educational structure of the trainees;(2) to build a new clinical nurse competency model;(3) to explore the new nurses on clinical competency standardized training system. Conclusion: Explore a set of objective, feasible and reliable clinical competency-based theory of nurses standardized training program. The training covers real clinical competency new nurses. But the undergraduate education of nurses has gradually begun to accept standardized training, standardized training program for undergraduate education and therefore need to be explored further.
