objective:To evaluated the curative effect and security of ventricular premature beat treated by Wenxin granule in different therapeutic ways of differentiation syndromes and differentiation of diseases.Methods:Based on the retrieval strategy, the databases of TCMDB, WanFang Database, CNKI, CBM, CSCD, PubMed, EMBASE.com and Cochrane Library, from database foundation to March 2015, and conference papers, grey literatures included were retrieved, to acquire all the RCTs about the treatment of ventricular premature beat by Wenxin granule. In accordance with the formulated inclusion criteria and exclusion standards, the eligible literatrues were selected and the data were extracted, with the quality evaluated. As a basis for whether the two syndrome types of deficiency of both qi and yin and stagnation of blood stasis were included, the different therapeutic ways of differentiation syndromes and differentiation of diseases were regarded as intervention measures. In addition, the statistical analysis software of RevMan and Stata were used for the three kinds of measures of differentiation syndromes, differentiation of diseases and application of propafenone hydrochloride.Result:The article retrieved 2117 articles, and 21 articles were absorbed, including 2254 cases of patients.The results showed that it was 85.7%traditional Chinese authors who adopted differentiation of syndromes and 92.9% who were west hospital authors. In addition, all the articles mentioned randomization and the random method that was used correctly accounted for 9.52%. The blind method and allocation concealment that were mentioned to and correctly used accounted for 4.76%,4.76% respectively. The proportion of the articles that described the integral data and the reasons of data missing, inclusion and exclusion criteria, adverse drug reaction, statistical approach were 19.04%,57.14%,90.48%,90.48% respectively. Traditional Meta-analysis that used direct comparison results show that the significant difference between the two interventions of dialectical using Wenxin Granule and propafenone hydrochloride with statistical significance, in respects of the curative effects of 24 hours dynamic electrocardiogram [OR=1.42,95% CI (1.01,1.98), P=0.04<0.05], efficacy the of the clinical symptoms of palpitation [OR=4.44,95%CI (2.56,7.22), P=0.00001<0.001] and chest distress[OR=3.39,95%CI (1.96,5.84), P=0.0001<0.001], and the adverse drug reaction [OR=0.34,95% CI (0.20,0.56),.P=0.0001<0.001]. While the significant difference between the two interventions of using Wenxin Granule by the differentiation of diseases methods and the propafenone hydrochloride with statistical significance, in this respects of comprehensive therapeutic effects [OR=3.33, 95%CI(1.86,5.96), P<0.001], and the adverse drug reaction [OR=0.34,95%CI (0.21,0.56), P<0.001], but without statistical significance in the curative effects of 24 hours dynamicelectrocardiogram [OR=0.88,95%CI (0.67,1.16), P=0.07>0.05]. Furthermore, the network Meta-analysis showed that the two methods of using Wenxin Granule by syndrome identification and disease differentiation in the curative effects of 24 hours dynamic electrocardiogram remained statistically significant [OR=1.58,95%CI (1.02,1.46),P=0.04<0.05], but the comprehensive therapeutic effects[OR=0.78,95%CI (0.36,1.67), P=0.53>0.05]and the adverse drug reaction [OR=0.92,95% CI (0.43,1.97),P=0.83>0.05].conclusion:1 Compared with the propafenone hydrochloride, the Wenxin Granule could improve the comprehensive curative effects of symptoms, and reduce the incidence of adverse effects rate, including nausea, vomiting, sinus bradycardia and so on.2 The network Meta-analysis showed that the methods of using Wenxin Granule by syndrome identification could improve the 24 hours dynamic electrocardiogram outcomes compared with the method of disease differentiation.3 In spite of the high quality assessment of the included articles that Wenxin granule in treating ventricular premature beat by syndrome identification, the iterature quantity is insufficient, which may affect the credibility of the research results.
