Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion By Lumbar Oblique Pull Manipulation Under Traction

Objective: To collect the clinical data of the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion by the lumbar oblique manipulation in the computer control of three-dimensional rapid traction,and to study the mechanism of modern three-dimensional traction technique combined with traditional Chinese medicine technique in the clinical treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.Proved the importance of modern medicine combined with traditional medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion and the prevention of health care.Methods: Collected 64 cases of outpatient and inpatient department lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion patients,who were corresponded with standard,divided into treatment group and control group.Thirty-two patients in the treatment group were treated with lumbar oblique pulling manipulation in the three-dimensional rapid traction,while the control group(32 cases)were given routine lumbar oblique pulling manipulation,two weeks of treatment for 1 course of treatment.Observed the efficacy of the two groups,according to the VAS(Visual Analogue Scale),the modified JOA evaluation index scores of two groups in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion causing symptoms of leg pain evaluation system efficacy,pathological changes and compared before and after treatment of intervertebral disc herniation segment of spinal images during the test by chance a detailed record of adverse reactions,the inspection the degree of safety,all data were statistically analyzed by SPSS.17.Results: 1.Compared with the treatment group and the control group,the statistics showed that two groups of patients with VAS score,JOA score and the total efficiency had significant differences(P <0.05),statistically significant,and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group;2.The imaging changes before and after treatment of two groups were not obvious;3.The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group.Conclusion: 1.Both with lumbar oblique pulling manipulation in the three-dimensional traction and the traditional lumbar oblique pulling manipulation in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion had a clinical effect,and the former method was better than the latter one;2.Two groups methods in the imaging of the prominent discs are still a little satisfied or not continue to highlight,but still can not significantly change the protrusion in the spinal canal position;3.The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion with lumbar traction combined with Chinese medicine manipulation is an effective,safe and practical method of treatment,and it is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
