Clinical Studies On Evil Committed Feipi Card Of HFMD Treated With HFMD On The 1st Party

Objective:To observe and evaluate the efficacy and safety from the theoretical and clinical aspects in the treatment of hand, foot and mouth disease(HFMD) on the 1st party to HFMD on Evils committed Feipi card, and explore its mechanism in order to facilitate better use of the prevention and treatment of Chinese medicine, which will be effective prescriptions to further promote the clinical application.Methods:This study types the patients according to "Chinese Medicine, Shandong province HFMD Prevention Technical Guidelines" (2009). Who in accordance with evil committed Feipi were randomized 2:1 for two groups:the experimental group,131 cases were treated with HFMD on the 1st party+western medicine; the control group,67 were treated with conventional western therapy alone. Then establish the clinical observation table, respect for 6 days and recorded improvement of symptoms daily during the treatment. After observation, make statistics.Results:The experimental group, which has higher total efficiency and markedly effective rate, is also superior to control group in cooling, the promotion of rash subsided, reducing the total TCM syndromes, and some minor points of improvement syndrome.Conclusion:HFMD on the 1st party has significant effect.It is obvious in improving the symptoms, shortening the course of the disease, safe and convenient in taking. During the test,there are no drug reactions, suggesting that it is safe, non-toxic.
