Research About The Clinical Experts On The Characteristic Symptoms In Chinese Medicine And The Rule Of Evolvements About HFMD

Objective:This essay aims at discussing the symptomatology characteristics and evolution law of children's HFMD in terms of the Traditional Chinese Medicine.Method:Investigating simultaneously at two clinic testing centers, by collecting information from the four diagnostic methods and its relevant elements, filling in clinic observation forms, inducing TCM syndrome pattern of the HFMD, and building up database accordingly. Per the diagnosed cases, the syndrome patterns mainly perform as:wind-heat invading lung, pathogenic dampness invading the lung and spleen, damp-heat with exuberance of virulence, deficiency of qi and yin, toxicity invading heart and liver, water pathogen invading heart and liver, and deficiency of both yin and yang. Follow-up observation shall be made per children's clinic performance on the admission day, (reference point), and also on the 3rd,5th,7th day after medication treatments, so as to identify the TCM syndrome pattern. Try to apply the probabilistic method to Children's HFMD, and systematically analyze the evolution law of TCM syndrome of Children's HFMD at different observation points.
