Clinical Studies On Evil Committed Feipi Of HFMD Treated With Xuanfei Yunpi Qingwen Decoction

Objective: To observe and evaluate the efficacy and clinical aspets in the treatment ofhand,foot and mouth disease on the Xuanfei Yunpi Qingwen decoction to HFMD on Evilscommitted Feipi card,and explore its mechanism in ord to facilitate better use of theprevention and treatment of Chinese medicine，and discuss the mechanism of action.Methods：According to the rule of randomization, all subjects were divided into twogroups, test group and controlled group. The unified lists about cases were filled to studythe difference between the status before cases being cured and after cases. The test groupwas given Xuanfei Yunpi Qingwen decoction,The controlled group was treated withconventional westen therapy improvement of symptoms daily during the treatment. Theobserving course was8days.After observation,mke statistics.Results: Two groups were observed before treatment, treatment day4and treatmentof children’s day8.The effect of test group was much better than of the controlled group.Compared with the controlled group, the indexes of test group of the symptoms,signs，andlaboratory tests including fever,cough, anorexia. The study of clinical safety showed thatXFYPQW decoction had not any harms and side effects on important organs.Conclusions: Xuanfei Yunpi Qingwen decoction is an effective medicine toHFMD.The investigation provides a new thought to hand foot and mouth disease withTraditional Chinese Medicine, it has important practical value,During the lest,there are nodrug reactiona,suggesting that it is safe,non-toxic.
