Clinical Studies On Evil Committed Feipi Of EV71 HFMD Treated With Jinyin Qingwen Decoction

Objective:The research project studies the curative effect of Jinyin Qingwen Dection to Evil committed Feipi of EV71 HFMD,and discuss the mechanism of action.Method:The standards of clinical study was used to select patients with number 100 devided into the treated group and the control group by random method,equally.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,The treated group was given Jinyin Qingwen Dection combined with Western medicine.The two groups were treated by one weeks,to oberserve the improvement of symptoms,signs and laboratory results before and after medication.Result: In the treatment of the fourth day and the treatment of the seventh day,the treatment group is better than the control group on improving symptoms,signs and laboratory results.The study of clinical safety showed that JYQW decoction had not any harms and side effects on important organs.Conclusion:The treatment effect to Evil committed Feipi of EV71 HFMD of JYQW decoction combined with western medicine is better than simple western medicine.
