2^nd HFMD Of HFMD In Dampness-heat Toxic Pattern Study

Objectives:By observing and evaluting the clinical efficacy and safety of 2nd HFMD formula in treating HFMD, provide the basis to further promote the clinical application of the formula. Methods:The cases which is in line with the dampness-heat toxic pattern were randomly assigned to test group and control group according the 2:1 proportion. The control group was treated with routine Western medicine while the test group plus 2nd HFMD formula based on Western medicine. The course of treatment both last for 6 days. Observe the changes in symptoms and signs before and after treatment.Results:The two groups has significant difference in the area of total effect, completely cooling,promoting rash subsided and reducing the total score of the Chinese traditional medicine syndrome, and the treatment group is clearly better than the control group. The test group is better than the control group in the area of improving of constipation and the diet,irritable, cough, throat sore and physical jitter. And haven't find the side effect. Conclusions:The 2nd HFMD formula to treat the HFMD in dampness-heat toxic pattern have significant effect,can clearly and rapidly improve the symptom,eliminate the sign,shorten the course,safe and low toxicity.
