Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Chemotherapy-induced Peripheral Nerve Toxicity With Yiqitongluo Fang

Objective:To observe the effects of Yiqitongluo Fang of the peripheral nerve toxicity induced by chemotherapy, the clinical efficacy of treatment of this disease to explore new ideas and new methods.Methods:Selected after chemotherapy in patients with peripheral nerve toxicity to observe the object, using traditional Chinese medicine Yiqitongluo Fang water simmer in water, morning and evening twice, used in conjunction 10 days as an observation period.Use of self-control, taking into account comparative grading standards before and after treatment of the symptoms and signs, fell to 0 after treatment for cure, compared with that before treatment decreased by 1 level and above to be valid, no improvement to be invalid.Results:40 patients,33 cases of peripheral nerve toxicity of grade significantly reduced; total effective rate 82.5%(33/40), cure rate 47.5%(19/40); achieve an effective evaluation criteria, the onset time of 5.95±1.96 days, neurotoxicity after treatment was significantly shorter duration of symptoms, there is a significant difference (p<0.01), primarily related to symptoms after treatment was significantly lower than the average points before treatment, there is a significant difference (p<0.01).Conclusion:Chinese Yiqitongluo Fang be to reduce the peripheral nerve toxicity induced by chemotherapy,can relieve symptoms and improve quality of life of patients, clinical studies should be further verified in the treatment of chemotherapy induced peripheral nerve toxicity in the application.
