The Clinical Study Of Qinghua Yudu Formula On Treating Alcoholic Hepatic Fibrosis Of Dampness-heat Toxic Stasis Syndrome

Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of Qinghua Yudu Formula on alcoholic hepatic fibrosis of dampness-heat toxic stasis syndrome, and provide theoretical basis of this formula for clinical applications.Methods By using randomized, comparison research method.60 cases which accorded with diagnostic criteria of alcoholic hepatic fibrosis and TCM syndrome of dampness-heat toxic stasis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group (30 cases) was treated with Qinghua Yudu Formula while the control group (30 cases)was treated with Polyene Phosphatidylcholine Capsules. After periods of treatment(three months). We compared the main symptoms and signs, serum index of hepatic fibrosis and hepatic function before and after treatment.Results After treatment, clinical symptoms and signs in treatment group got improved distinctly or disappeared compared with before, there were significant difference (P<0.05). Treatment group was prior to control group obviously, there were significant difference (P<0.05). The hepatic function of the two groups improved after treatment compared with before treatment, and there were significant difference(P<0.01). While the improvement of TBiL,ALT, AST, GGT and ALB in treatment group were distinctly superior to those in control group (P<0.05,P<0.01).The. improvement of serum hepatic fibrosis index PCIII,HA of the two groups made significant difference compared with that before treatment(P<0.05, P＜0.01). While the serum hepatic fibrosis index LN, CIV of treatment group improved distinctly compared with that before treatment, and there were significant difference (P<0.01).While LN, CIV of control group did not improve distinctly compared with that before treatment,and there were also significant difference between both groups (P＜0.05, P＜0.01). After treatment, the total curative effect in the two groups was compared. There were 22 cases markedly effect,6 cases effect and 2 cases ineffective among the treatment group, and total effective rate of treatment group was 93.3%.There were 12 cases markedly effect,7 cases effect and 11 cases ineffective among the control group,and total effective rate of treatment group was 63.3%.Analyzed by Ridit, P＜0.05, u=2.51, there were significant difference between both groups.Conclusion On treating alcoholic hepatic fibrosis with TCM syndrome of dampness-heat toxic stasis, Qinghua Yudu Formula made a good effect through improving clinical symptoms and signs, recovering hepatic function and resisting hepatic fibrosis.
