To Authenticate The Quality Of Life Scale For Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

Objective:To revise and consummate the programme of the quality of life scale for maintenance hemodialysis Patients. To authenticate the scientificalness and practicality of the scale. To test and analyse maintenance hemodialysis patients by this scale. It provide a guidance for clinical treatment and nursing, to improve quality of life for maintenance hemodialysis Patients better.Methods:Using the quality of life Scale for maintenance hemodialysis patients to do the clinical investigation. we repartition and modify the scale dimensionality by Statistical methods, referenced the Quality of life questionnaire of WHO and the design principles of general international scale, Using reliability analysis,validity analysis and Single-factor analysis to evaluate the quality of life scale for maintenance hemodialysis Patients.Result:(1)The Acceptance rate is 100%,the Completion rate is 100%,the Average Completion Time is 7.54 minutes, the longest one is 10 minutes, The shortest time is 5 minutes. The above results indicate that this scale has good feasibility.(2)The validity analysis:①constract validity:The scale of the overall fit test Chi-square value (CMIN)is 114.168, Degrees of freedom (DF) is 134, CMIN/DF is 0.852, P is 0.750, GFI is 0.968, AGFI was 0.935,Actual data with the scale factor structure model fit better:②content validity:Each entry points and their scores at the dimension of the correlation coefficient above 0.6, Note where each entry with a high correlation dimension; Description of this scale has good validity.. (3)The reliability analysis:①Trough the split-half reliability method to calculate the Scale reliability coefficient was 0.9052;②Chronbach'sαcoefficient of the dimensions are between 0.7581-0.8978, Chronbach'sαcoefficient of the scale is 0.8806;Description of this scale has good reliability. (4)The responsibility to change:two week interval, The duplicate survey measurement, dimension scores which are before and after treatment are between 1.831-6.427.P is less than 0.01 except F2. the scale has a good responsibility.Conclusion:This study developed the quality of life Scale for maintenance hemodialysis Patients has good reliability, validity and responsibility to change, It is credible, effective and sensitive.The results provide an alternative instrument for the integrated evaluation of the quality of life for maintenance hemodialysis Patients. It provide a reference for clinical treatment and nursing, and it accumulat experience for future research and application.
