| Objective: To establish the QOL scale for maintenance hemodialysis patients with traditional Chinese medicine ,reflecting the characteristics of quality of life.Methods: (1) Referencing the World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale for scale models and the design of internationally accepted principles and according to the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,the research team discuss the formation of the entry pool, and then revised by the council of experts to form a clinical questionnaire. Clinical survey of 50 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients'quality of life to investigate the situation.(2) The use of frequency distribution, internal consistency analysis, discrete trends in law, the correlation coefficient method, stepwise regression analysis, the importance of expert evaluation method of statistical analysis of the six filter entries, The formation of the QOL scale for maintenance hemodialysis patients in the early Scale table.Result: (1) Ultimately determine the sustainability of quality of life in hemodialysis patients with early scale table constituted by the 20 entries.(2) The initial table contains the five dimensions: the physical dimensions, psychological dimensions, social relations and environmental dimensions, dialysis-related dimension, spiritual dimension.Conclusion: The QOL scale for maintenance hemodialysis patients is in the initial preparation of the success scale, with the value of further clinical validation.
