| Objective: To understand the current status of MHD patients' quality of life,clarify the influencing factors of MHD patients' quality of life and analyze the effect of each influencing factor on quality of life.It can provide theoretical basis for intervention measures to improve the quality of life of MHD patients.Methods: Cross-sectional study was used in this study.From May 2017 to October 2017,a total of 422 cases of MHD patients were selected from The First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiao Tong University,Xijing Hospital,and Tangdu Hospital,which are tertiary hospitals(the blood purification specialist nurse internship hospital).Self-designed basic data,the connor-davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC10),self-efficacy for managing chronic disease(SECD-6),medical coping modes questionnaire(MCMQ),The 36-item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)were used for investigation.Epidata3.1 software was used to double-check the data and establish a database.SPSS21.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis.Statistical methods include statistical descriptions(frequency,percentage,mean,standard deviation,etc.),independent t tests,ANOVA,pearson correlation analysis,and multiple linear stepwise regression analysis.Results: 1.In this study,a total of 432 questionnaires were distributed.10 unqualified questionnaires were eliminated,6 of which were incomplete and 4 were the same on multiple items.422 valid questionnaires were returned.The effective rate was 97.7%.2.The quality of life of MHD patients was(54.34±16.29),and the psychological resilience was(22.68±6.62).The total score of self-efficacy was(4.34±1.44).The scores of face,avoid and yield coping strategies respectively was(19.79±2.02),(17.68 ± 2.86),(12.55 ± 1.45).3.According to Pearson's correlation analysis,there was a positive correlation between psychological resilience and quality of life in 8 dimensions and total score(P<0.01).4.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the total score of self-efficacy has a significant positive correlation with the eight dimensions of life quality and its total score(P<0.01).There was a significant positive correlation between symptom management and eight dimensions of quality of life as well as their total score(P<0.01).There was also a significant positive correlation between common disease management and general health as well as mental health.(P<0.01,P<0.05).5.According to Pearson correlation analysis,"face" has a significant positive correlation with physical function,bodily pain,vitality,emotional function,mental health,and total score of life quality(P<0.01,P<0.05)."avoid" has a significant negative correlation with total score of life quality and its 8 dimensions(P<0.01)."yield" has a significant negative correlation with total score of life quality and its 8 dimensions(P<0.01).6.The Pearson correlation analysis showed that psychological resilience has a significant positive correlation with self-efficacy and "face".(P < 0.01).Psychological resilience was negatively correlated with "avoid" and "yield"(P<0.01).Self-efficacy was negatively correlated with "avoid" and "yield"(P<0.01)."Face" is significantly negatively correlated with "avoid" and "yield"(P<0.01)."Avoid" is significantly positively correlated with "yield"(P<0.01).7.Factors affecting the life quality of MHD patients: ANOVA analysis of factors affecting the life quality of MHD patients include gender,work,age,marital status,education level,family monthly income and years of dialysis.After adjusting the confounders,factors entered into the model established by multiple regression analysis were the psychological resilience,age,years of dialysis,"yield","avoid",and marital status.Conclusions1.The quality of life of MHD patients is generally low,which is lower than the domestic norm.The psychological resilience and self-efficacy in MHD were lower level.2.The avoid and yield coping style were main coping style that take by MHD.3.Patients with a high level of psychological resilience also have a high level of self-efficacy,and are more likely to adopt positive coping methods.4.The main factors influencing life quality of MHD patients include psychological resilience,age,years of dialysis,yield coping style,avoid coping style and marital status. |
