Objective:To analysis the quality of life of patients on maintenance hemodialysis(MHD),determine those factors contribute to the quality of life(QOL),and to analysis to improve the related intervention measures of quality of life in patients with maintenance hemodialysis. Provide a theoretical basis for the quality of life of patients with maintaining hemodialysis.Methods:150 cases of hemodialysis patients were collected from 2010 August~2013 year in November in the hemodialysis center of our hospital out-patient treatment, all the patients through the face-to-face way to fill in the QOL-SF scale, record the baseline data of the patients (age, height, weight, marriage, education, medical insurance, employment and income, the level of blood pressure, duration of dialysis, primary disease), in monitoring hemoglobin completed 1 weeks (Hb), albumin (ALBUMIN) level. Analysis the quality of life of 150 cases with maintaining hemodialysis and influencing factors of hemodialysis patients, and put forward the corresponding intervention measures.Results:1. Quality of life in patients with MHD scores from high to low are:physiological functions of (63.43+23.47), physiological functions (36.22+22.29) points, body pain (57.53+23.94), general health (48.70+10.32), energy (52.97+17.18), social function (59.13+25.05 points), role emotional (42.07+33.33), mental health (57.96+17.82) points. All scores than the general population Chinese low, the difference was significant (p< 0.01).2. Influence of economic status, cultural degree, MHD patients with depression or anxiety on PCS, MCS had, with statistically significant difference (p< 0.01);3. There were no significant differences between the 3 kinds of primary disease impact on patients with MHD PCS, MCS (p> 0.05);4.Compared with 4 different levels of hemoglobin, albumin levels on the PCS, the MCS score have significant difference (p< 0.05);5.Dialysis time less than 6 years, compared with more than 6 years duration of dialysis patients, compared to PCS, the MCS score has a statistically significant difference (p< 0.05).Conclusion1 Maintain general health-related quality of life and general health than hemodialysis patients were significantly lower, should pay close attention to;2. Improve patients’ nutrition Correction of anemia can effectively improve the patients quality of life.3. Serum albumin, hemoglobin is an important factor in the quality of life of patients with hemodialysis patients, improving nutritional anemia correction, can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with;4.Economic status, cultural degree, depression or anxiety is to maintain the survival quality of factors in hemodialysis patients.
