| Objective:To study and observe the clinical effect of Yiqihuatanquyu decoction on Chronic Stable Angina for the aged and explore its mechanism of effect. Methods:60 aged patients of chronic stable angina of Tanyu Bizu were divided randomly into two groups.30 cases treated with Yiqihuatanquyu decoction were taken as treatment group, and the other 30 cases treated with TongxinluoJiaonang were taken as control group. The changes of clinical symptoms and index in all patients were observed before and after treatment. Results:After four weeks'treatment, in the treatment group the total effective rate of meliorating symptoms(86.67%) were significantly better than those of the control group. Both groups the symptoms of chest pain were alleviated and the seizure frequency was decreased, but the two groups have no significant difference. The treatment group was superior or similar to that of control group in regulating the blood-lipoid and improving vascular endothelial function. Conclusion:Yiqihuatanquyu decoction may improve patients'clinical symptom obviously and has the function of regulating the blood-lipoid and improving vascular endothelial function. This study enriches the theory of TCM treating Chronic Stable Angina for the aged and it is indicated that Yiqihuatanquyu decoction has obvious effect and less side effect. |
