ObjectiveTo investigate the effect and the security of the double senate to pass the XingKang Decoction on Coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris with the mad and the cloudy two empty concurrently blood stasis card, make the comparison with Buxinqi Decoction and Zixinyin Decoction and explore the mechanism and offer the scientific basis for the further clinic application.Methods1 Clinical period: All the patients from Wuhan Hospital of TCM: from August, 2007 to January ,2008. A total of 74 patients were randomly divided into two groups: Treatment group(37 cases) and Controlled group(37 cases). All of the patients' clinical symptoms conform to the diagnosis standard of angina pectoris and at the same time,conform to the pattern of the mad and the cloudy two empty concurrently blood stasis card. The treatment group and the controlled group patient's sex, the age, the course, the clinical manifestation, the complications and so on process the non-significance difference after statistics (P>0.05), has the comparability.2 The medicinal usage: The Patients in treatment group were cured with XingKang Decoction 200ml,Bid. And controlled group were took Buxinqi Decoction and Zixinying Decoction, both 10ml Tid . One Period of treatment was 4 weeks. During the course, others that would have an effect on the result were forbidden, including other drugs for treating angina pectoris, fat food, acridity food, smoking and drinking. The serious one could take Nitroglycerin in need.3 The curative effective and safety observation and test: For all the patients, general conditions, angina pectoris symptoms, ECG, symptoms and signs, the usage of Nitroglycerin and the safety of the drugs were all obsevred.In addition, blood route, urine route, stool route, liver and kidney functions were tested before and after the treatment.4 The Stat method: The data was analyzed after obsevration.The count materials, the measuring materials and the grade materials wereexamined with X~2, T-test and Ridit respectively.Result1 The clinical curative effective of angina pectoris symptoms: The treatment group: obvious effeetive rate 13.51%, progressive rate 78.38%, total effective rate 91.89%.The controlled group: obvious effective rate 21.62%, progressive rate 72.97%, total effective rate 94.59%.The two groups showed no significant difference in the clinical curative effective of angina pectoris symptoms(P > 0.05).2 Electrocardiogram: The treatment group: obvious effective rate 21.62%, progressive rate 45.95%, total effective rate 67.57%.The controlled group: obvious effective rate 32.43%, progressive rate 37.84%, total effective rate 70.27%.The effect of the treatment group was not obvious better than that of the controlled group(P > 0.05).3 The therapeutic efficiency of symptoms and signs: The treatment group: obvious effective rate 26.73%, progressive rate 52.48%, total effective rate 79.21%.The controlled group: obvious effective rate 15.53%, progressive rate 57.28%, total effective rate 72.82%.The effect of the treatment group was not obvious better than that of the controlled group(P > 0.05).4 The ceased—reduced rate of using Nitroglycerin:The treatment group: ceased rate 40.54%, reduced rate 48.65%, controlled rate 89.19%. The controlled group:ceased rate 54.05%, reduecd rate 40.54%, controlled rate 94.59%.There was no obvious differenee between the two groups. (P > 0.05).5 The badness and side—effect:There were no side—effects in both groups.ConclusionThis study proved that XingKang Decoction may relieve symptoms of Patients with coronary angina Pectoris and improve ECG, symptoms and signs.In a word, XingKang Decoction has a good prospect for clinic and could be widely used.
